Pandora's box

The postman delivered a very big box this morning. Gorgeous velvet and babycord from Holland!


I'm a very naughty girl. But it's a business expense, so there. And I couldn't resist a couple metres tiny bit of lime green matryoshka fabric either.


In unrelated and slightly redundant news, I just finished the superhero hoodie in 7Y/8Y for the Coolest Family in the World *TM (the Coolest Coat, Coolest Hoodie and this hoodie are all going to the same family).


And look! I snazzed it up a bit more with contrasting blue zip, cuffs and hem against the red lining.

    Oh my god. I am so jealous of all your new fabric. Its absolutely gorgeous and has made me want to go on a fabric spending spree. I will just blame you! Loving all the new boys stuff. It all looks very complicated to make tho especially the reversible stuff. My brain would explode if i tried!

    the hoodies are really great...I need to buy the pattern when you write it out...I don't think I'd have the patience to figure out the reversible cuffs and hem myself...my brain, like Sew Scrumptious', would explode if I tried ;)

    i have fabric envy...it's as simple as that!

    That fabric is amazing! Is it destined to be coats or little dresses? Beautiful. I'm not even going to mention that hoodie because I just want if so much for Guy!
