I've been working hard on my kimono pattern. Maia has been working hard on diversifying her awkward hand poses. This is what we've had so far:
The passive-aggressive 'Why me?' hands
The Surfer hands
The 'Boobies cold' hands
The Rapper 'Dope, Dope, Yo' hands
The Camp hands
The Messiah hands
Clearly, the reason I'm telling you this is because I'm trying to distract you from noticing that the fabric is upside down.
Fabric either way up, hands where ever, the dress and your daughter are gorgeous. What sizes are available?, the dress, not your daughter, beautuful as she is I have 2 to keep me busy!
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't have noticed the fabric was upside down if you hadn't have told me!
ReplyDelete@Leigh: Not sure on sizes yet, will probably be my standard 18m/2T, 3T/4T. Although this pattern was originally requested for a 5yo so I'll probably have a 5/6 too. Thanks for kind words!
ReplyDelete@Apryl: I'm not sure I ever would have noticed, it was that_kat who told me on Twitter!
hmmm, @that_kat clearly a woman to ask for feedback in future (or maybe to hide from?)
ReplyDeletereminds me of my dining room many years ago. just the one sheet of wallpaper was upside down, perfectly matched along either edge, but definitely upside down. I didn't notice for months, and even then I was told.
Do you know, if you hadn't mentioned it I wouldn't have noticed:)
ReplyDeleteI didn't notice until I read it - and I was looking at the fabric going "mmm, nice fabric... I wonder where I can get something like that" too!
ReplyDeleteHa ha, it totally worked. I didn't notice the fabric at all. Those are adorable pictures.
ReplyDeletePersonal favourite: Rapper 'Dope Dope Yo' hands.
ReplyDeleteYou distraction worked LOL!
:)
