I'll take what I can get

If I hear anyone saying that big corporations don't have the personal touch anymore, I'm going to give tell them to talk to the hand. So. not. true. Just look:

Can you believe that personal touch? My grocery store noticed I've been away and have taken the time to email me! Great customer service cannot be ignored.

  12. I don't comment often, but I had to pop on and say that this post is a perfect example of why I love your blog. I desperately checked blogger for updates during your vacation. As I am convinced that we would be friends if you lived in the same city/state/country/continent, I am a little hurt by your close friendship with the grocer. I will just have to assume that my half of our best friends necklace got lost in the mail.

  13. This is too too funny! So glad you sent it. Though, I'm a bit annoyed that I use the same online shop in the same city and have missed a few weeks but have had no email love from them. Your like totally BFFs, I may have to see if tescos want to be friends.
