Cumbria Flood recovery fund

I teasingly mentioned yesterday that I had some Top Secret announcements up my sleeve. Technically speaking, for those of you on Twitter or active in the British Mummy Bloggers scene this is totally non-Top Secret. But for what it lacks in secrecy, it makes up for in worthiness. A lot of people in Cumbria lost their houses and possessions and are experiencing financial hardship as a result of serious flooding in mid November. Taking time out from being a menace, @that_kat arranged an auction for the Cumbria Flood Recovery fund and I donated a 'Tunic of your choice' to the appeal.

The auction is being hosted on Bambino Goodies and there are currently twenty-four lots that have been donated by an array of companies. I believe that there is also a raffle planned later in the week. So if you want a chance to have a Kitschy Coo tunic of your own, and help a worthy cause at the same time, head on over and bid. It's currently standing at £15 (which includes shipping to anywhere in the world) and all bidding closes on Sunday 6th December at 6:00PM.
